JOB OBJECTIVES
• Deliver human resources strategy (short term and long term) at both Group and Country levels to obtain the business objectives as a whole;
• Initiate and implement people strategy to ensure the organic business growth;
• Act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources;
• Balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions;
• Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business units financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assess and anticipate human resources-related needs for assigned business functions/ departments;
• Oversee and engage to the end-to-end process for manpower of the bank, including but not limited to workforce planning, sourcing, talent mapping, on boarding and employee relation;
• Partner with Functional/ Division Heads, Hiring Managers to deliver human results within agreed SLA;
• Identify training needs for organizational development, talent building and successor planning;
• Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees;
• Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR perspectives;
• Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions;
• Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary;
• Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention;
• Promote the corporate culture/ values both internally and externally to strengthen the employer branding.
PRIMARY REPORTING MANAGER: Country Head of HR
Mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field;
• Min 6-8 years of working experience in human resources, professional development and training, or employee relations a plus;
• Effective communication skill with strong business acumen and consulting skills to achieve win-win solutions among stakeholders;
• Strong service mind and high commitment to timeline and quality;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
• A strong & assertive communicator in English speaking & writing.
Preferred:
• Banking/ financial service exposure;
• Understanding of banking operations & practices.
