Mô tả công việc

* Job description:
A. Admin
1. Plan and manage all administrative issues of Hanoi Office including office supplies, budget and cost control, company events, application for legal documents of company.
B. Recruitment
1. Identify recruitment channels and recommend most cost effective recruitment channel based on local requirements.
2. Manage onboarding process and follow up in order to facilitate their integration in the company.
3. Responsible for exit process including exit interviews, severance package analysis and calculation.
C. C&B
1 .Check monthly SHUI of employees at Hanoi Office for timely and accurate payment.
2 .Salary budget calculation and data analysis.
3 .Maintain employee database, ensure all data kept with highest confidentiality and updated accurately and punctually.
D. Training
1. Propose training plan according to training needs analysis.
2 . Coordinate and follow up internal and external training programs.
3 . Maintain employee training record.
E. Others
1. Manage all staff of North General Affairs Section.
2. Monitor expat employment procedure such as Visa, Work Permit (WP) and Temporary Resident Card (TRC) application/renewal at Hanoi Office.
3. Coordinate with HR Section to establish and implement company policies, standards and procedures.
4. Other tasks assigned by upper Manager.
* 13th salary and year-end bonus.
* Salary review based on performance twice a year.
* Social insurance, unemployment insurance and health insurance according to Labor Law.
* Additional comprehensive health insurance for all employees.
* Company trip, Sport festival.

Yêu cầu công việc

Gender: Female.
Age: 35 - 40
- Education background: University Degree (Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics, Human Resources Management, or related field).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Admin, minimum 3 years at a managerial level.
- Good English and computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Personality and other requirements:
- Detail-oriented,self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to changing situations and responsibilities.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, particularly around coaching and talent management.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and work effectively with all other levels in the organization.
- People oriented, strategic mind, analytical thinking, effective problem-solving skill, result focus.
