• Participate in various recruitment projects in diversified sectors.
• Conduct market study/ mapping as clients requirements.
• Build applicant sources by searching and sourcing community services, colleges, and job-posting sites; recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting; others networking.
• Qualify potential candidates by making the cold calls, face-to-face interview and manage candidates motivation.
• Support internal & external events.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Passionate about developing career in human resource.
• Smart, Adaptable, Hardworking.
• Work under pressure.
• MS office tools
• Experience in Recruiting, HR, Researching is a plus but not necessary.
• Leader/Member of Student Clubs/Associations is a plus.
