JOB DESCRIPTION
Profitable sales growth
Establishing our external identity in these new markets
Achieving optimal coverage by country, by developing profitable mix of channels
Develop selected outlet channels for trading of non-guaranteed spices
Customer and partner satisfaction; customer evaluation through feedback will be
done annually
Targeting of customers and designing channel approach for each country
Develop account- and channel plans/budgets and manage towards achieving the
objectives (P&L accountable)
How best marketing and sales plans are to be implement for the
customers
JOB REQUIREMENT
Academic background
Deal maker & being street smart, capable handling the requirements of the targeted
new markets
Has international outlook and is interested in diversity of cultures and with coming
behavior of people and business styles in the targeted markets
Strong networker with ability to build relations over distance with customers and
colleagues
Relevant B2B food industry experience
Is used and capable to design and handle the diversity of volume/margin strategies
of often parallel different type of channels existing in these type of markets
10 years of customer management experience
Basic project management skills
Self-starter
Team player internally & externally
Analytical skills to work with portfolio and basic financial data
English; preferably an additional language of one of destination markets; probably
Vietnamese, but not essential
OTHER ASPECTS
Market conform salary and result related competitive bonus scheme
The home base is in Binh Duong, Vietnam
Prepared to spend up to 40% of abroad with customers
