Mô tả công việc

Role purpose
This position is responsible for:
• Handling all investment operational process to be in compliance with the Company’s standards and norms
• Providing strong administrative support to Senior Investment Manager that may include updating databases, record maintenance and coordinating trading and operations
Key Accountabilities
• Collect market information and reports relating to investments activities of the Company
• Facilitate investment operational procedures by contacting banks and/or financial institutions
• Entry data, prepare investment documents for approval by Senior Investment Manager
• Conduct analysis report for update and investment making decisions
• Data management, update and extract output data for the purpose of reporting, management and others
• Ensure all reporting requirements by the Authority as well as internal regulations
• Others assigned by Senior Investment Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, etc.
Technical/ Professional/ Specific Competency Requirements: Data analysis and data management; Fundamental statistics
Relevant Working Experience: 5-7 years of working experience in related positions
Required Languages: Fluent English & Vietnamese
Personality Requirements
• Integrity, persistence and diligence
• Good at communication and negotiation
• Be able to work independently or in a team work
