Major Purpose
Marry Network is the division of online businesses Marry.vn, MarryBaby.vn and BepGiaDinh.com at Ringier Vietnam - the leading media publisher in Vietnam. These websites and its brand activities are under the passion for women’s happiness: wedding, parenting and cuisine.

The Sales Coordinator works closely with Marry Network Director, the sales people and other departments in the company to meet deadlines, internal tasks and client’s requirements including the below key responsibilities:
● Handling all tasks for Marry Network sales
● Controlling advertising material following production plan
● Supporting Marry Network Sales Teams for clerical tasks in the division
● Co-operating with finance dept. for payment process of Marry Network
● Submitting reports in time
● Other tasks which are assigned by the Marry Network Sales Director
Key Responsibilities
● Collect advertising material and support Marry Network sales teams to meet the deadlines.
● Work as Traffic Manager for print products.
● Being responsible for after-sales services with Customer Service Team.
● Assist Marry Network Sales Director in doing her tasks in preparing delivery orders and other reports.
● Co-operating with finance dept. for payment process including contracts, invoices & other sales tasks.
● Taking part in preparing for Marry Network events.
● Support Marry Network with barter gifts.
● Support other RVN departments as required.
Working Relationships
(Internally & Externally)
● Internal: Marry Network Director, Marry Network Sales Director, Editorial Manager, Marry Network Sales Dept, Customer Service Team, RVN Design; RVN Admin, RVN financial dept, RVN Circulation dept, etc
● External: Clients; advertising agencies; marketing partners, etc
Key Result Areas
● Meet material deadlines and requirements for advertisements
● Meet deadlines for sales reports, delivery order reports (DO)
● Meet deadlines for business development tasks as Marry Network Director’s request
● Update client database and competitors reports regularly
