Mô tả công việc

I. GENERAL INFOMATION
• Title: Marketing Manager
• Department: Marketing department
• Direct supervisor: General Director
II. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for implementation
(i) Set and organize marketing programs, PR, advertising, promotion, to improve business efficiency, brand positioning Fujimart supermarket in the market as assigned
(ii) Research and advise General Manager on development strategy, business plan for supermarkets
(iii) Research, build and consolidate the model and Fujimart supermarket management mechanism and guide, supervise supermarkets, include:
(iv) Supervise, check and evaluate business performance of the sub-supermarkets and the whole Fujimart supermarkets:
(v) Assist General Director, research and advise the Company leadership on developing strategies and business plans for supermarkets;
III. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Set and organize marketing programs, PR, advertising, promotion, to improve business efficiency, brand positioning Fujimart supermarket in the market as assigned:
- Participate in setting marketing plan to develop Fujimart supermarket brand in each period according to the marketing strategy of the company
- Build the sale promotion programs, sales promotion budgets in the year, coordinate with the Business Department to negotiate with the suppliers,
- Research, cooperate with suppliers to organize promotion programs, advertising ... in the whole supermarkets.
- Participate in popularizing, guiding and inspecting and supervising the policies, promotions and advertisements for supermarkets.
- Supervise and participate in organizing customer satisfaction survey programs and identify the Fujimart supermarket brand.
- Summarize, report the effectiveness of marketing activities and brand positioning to General Director.
2. Research and advise General Manager on development strategy, business plan for supermarkets
- Participate in researching, analyzing trends and developments in the market, competitors, and supermarket operations of Fujimart.
- Assist Genaral Directorin making periodical evaluation reports and proposing development strategies, investment and business plans and activity programs in each period.
- Participate in researching and developing supermarket planning projects
3. Research, build and consolidate the model and Fujimart supermarket management mechanism and guide, supervise supermarkets, include:
- Participate in researching, appraising the design and Corporation Identify Program standard of Fujimart supermarket (logo, color, display, uniform, service ...) to submit for approval and apply in the Fujimart supermarket
- Coordinate with the other departments to build, consolidate regulations of supermarket management including: exploit and supply goods, invest and develop new supermarkets, labor management, financial management, ....
- Organize professional training programs on marketing program and training on company regulations for supermarket staff and employees as assigned by General Director.
4. Supervise, check and evaluate business performance of the whole Fujimart supermarkets:
- Supervise, synthesize and check data related to the import and export activities and business results of supermarkets.
- Analyze and set up the business results report of each supermarket and the whole supermarkets to submit to the General Director.
- Check, inspect and supervise the implementation of regulations and sales, display, service at each supermarket.
- Participate in developing internal competition program at the supermarkets periodically.
5. Assist General Director, research and advise the Company leadership on developing strategies and business plans for supermarkets
- set up the model and management mechanism of Fujimart supermarkets and guide, supervise and evaluate the performance
6. Other duties:
- Participate in researching, proposing upgrade, repair, dissolution, investment plans of new supermarkets
- Research, propose the new decoration plans during the holidays
- Report on results, evaluation of business operations of Fujimart supermarket - periodically / unexpectedly.
- Work under the direction of General Director

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Level of education: University or college
2. Specialty: Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce / Economics
3. Certificate: Not required
4. Experience: ≥ 03 working years in supermarket business, marketing.
5. Knowledge:
- Understand the marketing environment, PR and brand management
- Understand the supermarket business
6. Skills
- Set up targets, plans and organization
- Collect, synthesize, analyze information and report
- Skill events
- Communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship building
- Leadership, development, making motivation for employees.
- Understand the market, customer taste trends
- Be proactive, independent creative in work
- English: listening, reading, speaking, writing
- Word/Excel/PowerPoint and other management application
7. Working Days
- 8 hours/day
- Monday – Saturday AM (Saturday PM and Sunday is off)*tentative
