Mô tả công việc

1. Proper planning, execution of NPI build based on the NPI process definition through people management, process management, material management are the key responsibility of a Group leader.
2. Team building and performance management of the team ( Line leaders and operators)
3. Manage multiple NPI build in case there is a need
4. Collect and feedback and process improvement to R&D & Engineering team
5. Ensuing assembly maturity of new products before mass production
6. Early involvement in product DFM activities
7. Support and lead product transfer activities to copy factories incase needed
8. Support cross functional team for process or product performance improvement in sustain phase

Yêu cầu công việc

1.Educational background:
 University degree in Electronics -communication, mechanical or automation engineering or similar.
2. Experiences:
 At least 4 years relevant working experience in NPI/Manufacturing Process/Product Engineering/ process engineering
3. Skills:
 People management, coordinating, strong self-initiative, good at negotiation, highly flexible, team player is some of the soft skills needed for this position
 Language skill: Good reading, writing and speaking skill (English & Vietnamese). Chinese language skill is an added advantage
 Good Knowledge in computer, Windows OS & MS office application
 Knowledge in SAP is added advantage
 Should be willing to travel abroad for business requirement
