Mô tả công việc

Our company is looking for an Operation Manager to support its expansion. As OM, you will be responsible for the management of core business operations. We are seeking an individual who is able to tackle critical projects and problems without oversight. You must be an expert in lending operations with a clear and comprehensive understanding of the inner-workings of IT software or financial institutions. This is a unique opportunity to join a young, professional and ambitious team within the fast-growing leasing market.
Your responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall effectiveness of the internal operations
• Develop all related policies, procedures, and controls to ensure effective and efficient operations
• Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and develop reports to present operating results to the chief executive officer
• Lead the preparation of short-term and long-term operating plans and budgets based on organizational goals and growth objectives
• Manage and control all daily loan disbursement and collection process
• Analyze competition and market dynamics on an ongoing basis, and report these findings to the chief executive officer
• Build and maintain rapport with various departments to assist them to improve systems and processes
• Procedure Quality and Compliance
• Act as the main quality controller in client selection, portfolio quality management, product and processes, client protection, area selection and other aspects of credit assessment
• Oversee credit and risk control policy adherence, conduct on-site checks and ensure strict adherence to company policies regarding loan files, collateral, asset registration and other requirements
• Rectify and close audit findings and QA items in agreed upon timeframe with sustainable solutions and report progress to management
• Continuously ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Team Development
• Lead and develop the teams to ensure their professional growth
• Ensure staff receives appropriate training
• Support recruitment function for operations team

Yêu cầu công việc

• Ideally 8-10 years of experience in an IT Software or FinTech or Financial institution
• Experience developing and implementing strategic and operational plans for financial institutions
• Excellent organizational, planning, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of customer service and strong willingness to work in the field
• Experience managing and motivating staff
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and training skills
• Excellent technical report writing skills and computer literacy
• Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken
