Mô tả công việc

REPORTS TO: GENERAL DIRECTOR
SUPERVISE: SP/ CS / CSS / WH/ PURCHASING/ BIO PURE / REGULATORY
PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE (OF THIS POSITION):
• To lead, manage and oversee entire operations of Customer Services, Customer Sales & Support (CSS), Sales Processing (SP) & Warehouse (WH), Import & Export & Purchasing to ensure efficient and quality services rendered to Elken Distributors & customers
• Maintain optimum operation costs
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Part 1 – Primary roles
• Warehouse & logistics:
1. Implement effective Warehouse procedures to protect, secure and preserve all products through accurate stocks and minimizing losses.
2. Work with country sales/marketing team and Global Planning team on inventory planning to buy the right product, right quantity at the right time
3. Ensures that all Elken products are correctly documented at point of receiving, update and keep track of stock movements and conduct regular cycle count /wall-to-wall stock count
4. Ensure all stock count variance report is disseminated to relevant parties within agreed timeframe. All stock count variances must be reported and investigated immediately.
5. Ensures product quality control and shelf life management by adhering to Elken policy and government regulatory standards.
6. Ensure accurate picking, assembly and shipping of Distributors orders according to established policies and procedures.
7. Ensure proper documentation of all records according to established policies and procedures.
8. Ensure import export procedure to be done on time per Company policy at standard level.
• Sales Processing / Customer Service
1. Ensure Sales Processing process sales order accurately and timely
2. Ensure all payments and invoices are handled correctly and timely according to established policies and procedures.
3. Ensure Customer Service practice good customer relationship management to customers & Distributors.
4. Ensure cases of compliance to be solved per company rules of conduct.
5. Handle Customer/Distributors complaints/problems/request professionally
6. Provide monthly reports on numbers of Distributors served, number of complaints received/status update and ad-hoc reports as requested by Management
7. Ensure proper documentation of all records according to establish policies and procedures.
8. Create outbound call campaigns to drive Sales.
• Procurement Purchasing
1. In charge of procurement of Sales/Marketing tools and following Company SOP and other items per requested.
2. Attend bidding process for vendors’ selection.
• Others- Any other duties & tasks which may be assigned by Superior from time to time
Part 2 - JOB AUTHORITIES :
1. To evaluate and appraise job performance of the subordinates.

1. Possess a tertiary or post graduate qualification in any of the core competency areas of Management Science, Supply Chain, Logistics and other science related.
2. Preferably, 3-4 years working experience in related field of Supply Chain management, business and/ or market development/ manufacturing process of Health & Nutrition food, pharmaceutical and/or Beauty/ Consumer products/ FMCG.
3. Articulate and flexible with strong conceptual skills, creative, innovative, resourceful and be able to think strategically
4. Possesses strong analytical skills and knowledge of business, cost and inventory management
5. Multi-tasking and with excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
