- Define the buying strategy in terms of P&L, assortment growth, and brand partnership.
- Negotiate best-in-class in trading terms, costs, and promotion activities.
- Identify, establish and grow new brands or strategic partnerships.
- Retain and optimize relationships with brands to drive overall sales volumes. This can be done by ensuring pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability, sharing of consumer insights.
- Manage the inventory level, Product pricing, sale through, & marketing strategies to work with brands.
- Develop an online merchandising and promotion plan to achieve sales targets.
- Ideally 2+ year of solid working experience preferably in business development, sales or account management in
+ Tourist - Hotel - Booking - Food Vouchers (HN/HCM)
+ Health - Beauty - Spa (HCM)
+ ICT (Telephone/Laptop/Tablets) (HN)
+ FMCG (Food/ Household/ Mom & Baby) (HN/HCM)
- Previous e-commerce experience and purchasing / retail buying knowledge a plus.
- Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to prepare data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
