Mô tả công việc

• Raising PO, quotations
• Answering customers telephone queries
• Generate client leads, increase the number of customers, answer client queries and prepare sales documentation
• Communicating and handling customer information
• Specific responsibilities include dealing with invoices, chasing up overdue payments and monitoring ongoing orders
• Processing all sales-related paperwork, daily sale reports
• Take care all clients information/contracts/payment terms…
• May be requested to do some supply chain activities including but not limited:
o Leading the procurement activities for the companys business operations, ensuring that procurement meets the price, quality, type and time requirements.
o Monitoring, updating and managing the inventory (import - export – inventory)
o Leading the tracking of the import orders, fleet management, freight forwarding activities as required by the companys business operations.
o Coordinating with Sales Admin team members, import and export, delivery of goods to customers by timeline
• Ad-hoc as requested by Finance Director & Supply Chain Manager
• Business trip for smashing as required

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field and/or one year experience in sales & marketing, hospitality or related field.
• Female, 20-25 ages
• Pleasant, outgoing personality
• Self-motivated fast learner with proactive attitude
• Preferably 1-2 year experience in sales, hospitality or similar field, ideally in luxury brand sales or marketing
• Skill in sales presentations and customer service
• Considerable skill in oral and written communication in English and Vietnamese; in developing sales collateral material
. Secretarial skills are an added advantage, as the job may involve taking on diary management duties for executives
• Skill in operating a personal computer and utilizing various software packages.
• Ability to organize and track prospects;
• Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
• Strong ability to multi-task, plan and coordinate appointment schedules, promotional events and and other tasks
• Ability to work with targets after sufficient training period
• Existing network of contacts in luxury brand segments is an advantage but not required
• Ideal candidates for the role are efficient and adaptable workers with good all-round administrative abilities, including a working knowledge of spreadsheets.
