Mô tả công việc

***MT:
• In-charge of sales for MT channel. Responsible to open new account and follow up sales and merchandise at current account to achieve the sales target.
• Administrative support to the manager
• Build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels in management and in-store
• Ensure merchandising and display standards are met and exceeded
• Visit outlets daily to check store compliance and brand visibility
• Report to manager monthly sales/follow up expenses of each account trading term/budget
• Ad hoc required from management.
***On Trade:
• Focus on the expansion of outlet and new distribution
• Develop brand sales and visibility in the assigned outlets
• Expand universe of outlets
• Keep up to date with market trends and new developments using this information for business improvement
• Manage relationships with on premise/off premise/ corporate customers and high value personal consumers
• Ensure execution/ performance/ compliance in contracts and deals with customers
• Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed as requested ( e.g. inventory, sales, routing, activities)
• Ad-hoc as requested by the management
***On & Off Trade Nha Trang:
• Focus on the expansion of outlet and new distribution

• Manage distribution and universe of on and off
• Ensure execution/ performance/ compliance in contracts and deals with customers
• Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed as requested ( e.g. inventory, sales, routing, activities)
• Ad hoc required from management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduate in marketing or business from an international university course
• Must enjoy the lifestyle of going out to bars, restaurants and clubs
• Flexible working time, be able to visit outlets at night, etc
• High level of English written and spoken
• Good communication and negotiation with customers in different levels
• Excellent relationship and networking skills, planning skills
• Highly self-motivated and result oriented
• Independent in job handling and cooperate well with other colleagues in different sections.
• 1-5 years in a sales role in FMCG, on-premise or liquor an advantage
