Mô tả công việc

- Developing annual sales and achieving annual sale targets assigned by Head Quarters via exploring new sales opportunities, identifying target customers, and developing products portfolio with prospective customers in defined regions
- Promoting strong and long-lasting relationship with old, current and potential Chinese Corporate Customers that facilitate sales growth
- Formulating Sales & Marketing Strategy to ensure sales yield per each project and customer
- Assisting Department Heads to organize effective annual marketing events and workshops to potential customers
- Establishing selling prices by monitoring costs, understanding competitors, managing suppliers based on Customers’ demand.
- Maintaining good relationship with companies’ suppliers for high-quality support and securing cost for projects’ bidding.
- Cooperating cross-functional departments and coordinating well between related parties to ensure projects’ timeline and service delivery
- Understanding deeply about current markets, technology trends and to consult prospective customers about suitable information & communication technology solutions
- Analyzing market data and making quarterly market reports for Senior Managers to understand the market situation and dominated players

主要负责:
—通过各种渠道寻找潜在客户的商机,实现销售和营利目标。
—筛选和开发新的商机,开发中资客户中的主要客户组合。
—制定销售和营销策略,并协助部门负责人有针对性地向客户部署的有效营销活动。
—与指定客户建立、发展和持续有效的业务友好关系,并与他们建立长期合作关系。
—加强客户对公司的信任。
—审查和分析市场情况,定期向上级报告。

Yêu cầu công việc

- Candidates must be CHINESE. Other nationalities will not be screened
- Minimum 3-year sales experience in Telecommunications, Network Solutions, System Integration Service or Information Technology industry with a proven sales track record, preferably with candidates who worked in multinational Telecom Companies, System Integration Service Companies or IT companies
- Sound knowledge and deep market understanding in selling telecommunications & IT products and services in Vietnam market
- Familiar with purchasing procedure and decision-making process of Chinese Corporate Customers
- Having knowledge about integrated wiring, video surveillance, access control, communication network, IT room, broadcast system, security system pre-sales and construction experience is an advantage
- Experienced in working overseas is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proactive, positive mindset, result-oriented, high level of initiative and integrity
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Occasionally travel is needed

- 应试者必须是中国人
—在IT,系统集成,弱电工程和通讯行业至少有3年的销售经验,具有良好的销售业绩,最好拥有在中国国际运营商或IT公司的工作经验。
—具有了解电信产品、组网、专线网络和ICT方案的销售知识。
—有关于综合布线,视频监控,一卡通,通信组网,机房建设,广播系统,安防系统的销售经验优先。
—曾有在海外工作的经验优先。
—具备良好的人际组织交往、谈判和表达能力。
—具有积极的心态,注重高水平高质量完成任务,责任性比较强,要有主动性和诚信。
—良好的英文口语和书写能力。—偶尔需要出差。
