Mô tả công việc

Job summary:
The Senior Customer Service Engineer is responsible for interacting with the customer and market company for the quality matter. The Senior Customer service engineer evaluates both verbal and written customer contact. This position participates to integrate in customer specification, standard and expectation to the internal specification with specification owner. He/she coordinates and executes Technical issue resolution in both the system QuTi-P and factory for the investigating and improvement. Besides, he/she consults for the Quality manager in the term of customer voice in case of the OOS , or improvements of factory.
Detailed job duties:
• Interact with customer and the market company for the technical, quality matter of packaging material: Customer visits: for the Complaint, trial, Consulting
• QuTi -P administration
• IR Governance and KPI report
• Customer specification and standard review and feedback to specification owners timely
• Manage the quality documents sent to customer/ market company: FCC – Food safety Compliance certificate, COA (Certificate of Analysis), COC (Certificate of Compliance), and others
• Coordinate with related departments to solve the customer complaint/ claim timely and the efficiency of actions via the investigating/ verification/
• Participate DMS (Daily Management System), WCM audit
• Role for the quality training
• Consult for Quality Manager in the quality solving decision
• Follow the management systems which Company is applied
• Support any other assignment from Quality Manager from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 5 years experience in customer service role in QA function
- experience in Production or Packaging field is an advantage
- Excellence in Communication both in English & in Vietnamese
- Interpersonal, Problem solving, presentation, negotiation skills.
- Ideal candidate can work under high pressure, have customer service mindset & result oriented
