Mô tả công việc

1. Perform as a leader to lead the activities of the section and continuously provide guidance to the section staff.
2. Develop and maintain programmes to foster a desirable corporate culture conducive to continuous improvement and accelerated changes within the Company.
3. Plan on work distribution based on forecast from management with regards to the required manpower in accordance to business plan requirements.
4. Work within the budget planned for recruitment expenses.
5. Conduct orientation programmes for new staff.
6. Prepare and submit monthly manpower status and reports to Manager, HR.
7. Establish close network of information and relationship with related government bodies.
8. Coordinate with external job posting media, agencies or institutions to source for candidates to fill vacancies available in the organization.
9. Carry out pre-screening and short listing of candidates from the resumes collated from the various sources.
10. Keep close liaison and relationship with Company appointed dormitories and ensure that welfare of NTS housed within is well met.
11. Manage the work performance and behavior of subordinates through motivation, orientation, training and coaching, disciplining them, when necessary.
12. Formalize and maintains an efficient Administrative Support service both for main office and the various operating sites, to complement the Companys operations.
13. Assist in formalizing the update for job descriptions of all positions to clearly define employees’ lines of authority and responsibilities.
14. To manage Leave, Appraisal, Dormitory reports under the HRIS system effectively.
15. To assist in reviewing the SOP and recommend any improvement accordingly to the Supervisor.
16. Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or its equivalent
2. 7 years relevant experience with the last 2 years in a supervisory position
3. Strong communication skills and organizing skills
4. Knowledge of current human resource trends and relevant legislation
