- Process necessary documents to finalize sales process
- Gather and accurately record and process clients’ information
- Participate in supporting sales activities
- Maintain and develop external relationship with clients
- Properly record and handle the complaints received
- Prepare Books containing detailed information and documents related to client’s property
- Answer questions from clients to obtain full understanding of which information is being requested
- Monitor and direct the staff members working underneath.
- 3+ years of experience as a customer service, admin, document
- Reading and writing fluently in English are preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should possess good comprehension skills
- Should be able to make judgments based on requirements
- Maintain and document accurate information
- Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process/project
- Have logical reasoning and analytical skills
- Should possess prioritizing and organizing skills
- Be able to work with speed and accuracy under high-pressure
- Be able to multi-task
- Must be a team player.
* Salary range/month: Base From 15,000,000 VND - 25,000,000 VND
