Grow sales aggressively in Vietnam, find out and develop new potential customers
• Develop, nurture and close opportunities through exemplary client servicing
• Develop and continually refine a sales process that generates qualified leads
• Update and maintain prospect database
• Provide technical support to customers
• Regularly gather market & competitors’ information, business opportunities ... and report to local Sales director
• Perform problem solving in both sales and technical problem. Handle all customers’ complaints.
• Maintain & develop business relationship with sales representatives and customers.
• Work efficiently, meet sales targets and answer clients timely
• Other activities based on the assignment of country Sales director.
• Confers with the internal operation personnel suggesting changes and improvements in design, pricing or policy.
• Prepares regular and special reports.
• Assist in order budgeting and project orders on a monthly basis.
• Organize and develop distributors to achieve the sales objective
• Successful B2B sales track record
• Able to manage complex sales and connect with C-levels
• Negotiation and Interpersonal skills are a must
• Full professional proficiency in English, fluent Vietnamese.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet…)
• Bachelor degree in sales combined with technical knowledge is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience as field sales.
• Experience in Energy industry is preferred.
• Must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy, under pressure and with frequent interruptions.
• Must be able to travel.
• Daily commute to clients and prospect is mandatory and needed
• Self-discipline is mandatory to success in this position
