- This position is responsible for sales activities with distributors.
- Manage and lead the Sales team and distributors to achieve sales objectives;
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by designing and implementing sales strategies/ sales plan;
- Manage all sales related programs, sales budgets, sales forecast, sales support, sales review and account receivable and other sales activities;
- Study the market size, market share and demand for different segments;
- Monitor market/competitor movement for timely reaction;
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Accounting… to insure proper inventory levels to proceed POs and overall customer satisfaction;
- Participate in customer visits & technical discussions where appropriate to help resolve specific technical problems & proactively specify our products meeting customer requirements;
- Actively take part in trade marketing activities;
- Maintain and build effective customer relationships through business calls and effective customer interaction, i.e email, customer visits… and through following-up to ensure problems or claims are solved/ corrected in a timely manner;
- Provide customer technical support and consultant services to increase our overall value to the customer;
- Manage after-Sales Support activities by following-up Purchase orders to ensure satisfactory completion of contract terms (requirements, delivery, payment schedule, etc.) and by troubleshooting problems in a timely manner;
- Providing regular feedback to General Manager and BODs on customers requirements and submit a daily/ weekly/ monthly report on sales activities and recommend changes.
- Bachelor’s Degree from four year university;
- Over 35 years old;
- Over 5 year experience in sales management position of visible products. Sales experience in lubricants, chemicals, tire, automotive spare parts, paints… is a plus.
- Good communication and writing in both English and Vietnamese
- Good computer skills, especially in MS Office, Power Points.
- Good skills of Management/Leadership, Negotiation/Inter-personal;
- Multi-task and work independently as well as good team work skill.
- Self-motivation and good skill of driving to result
- Willing to travel.
